Located at the southern part of the
Philippines, General Santos City is the main hub of the
SOCSKSARGEN Area Development Zone composed of the
provinces of South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani
and General Santos City, providing for its trade and
agro-industrial needs and serving as the international
gateway to the East ASEAN Growth Area (EAGA).

of its seas that supply the best tuna in the country,
earning for itself the title “Tuna Capital of the
Philippines.” It is right on mark when it calls itself
